Perfect Pancakes
Citrus fruit pancakes with ricotta and honey Topper
Serves: approximately 6
- Pancakes Ingredients
1 cup of flour self-elevation integrals
3 tablespoons honey
1 egg whites
1, orange zest and juice

Method

6. To make the topper, combine the ricotta with honey and mix to combine.
7. Serve pancakes with a tablespoon of honey ricotta topper.
Banana and oatmeal pancakes with berry topper
Serves: approximately 6- Pancakes Ingredients
1 cup of flour self-elevation integrals
¼ cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons honey
1 egg whites
1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup milk, reduced fat
Consumables - Topper
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1 cinnamon stick
2 tablespoons honey
Method
1. Prepare the topper first by heating frozen berries, cinnamon and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat for approximately 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly thickened.2. Beat the egg, honey, bananas, and milk together in a jar.
3. Place the flour and oats in a large bowl. Make a well in the center. Add the milk mixture. Beat until just combined.

Zucchini muffins savoryServes: Approximately 6 large muffins or normal size 12
Ingredients
335 g of grated zucchini
1 large onion flakes, ½ and 1/2 pieces

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180⁰ C.2. Heat a small amount of oil in a frypan, add the grated onion and cook until soft.
