INGREDIENTS:

Alfredo Sauce With Ricotta:

5 oz. Butter, unsalted 
1 /2 cup Flour 1 /4 
1 cup Heavy cream cup Grande Parmesan, grated 
1 /2 cup Grande Romano, grated 
1 /2 2 Tsp. Granulated garlic 
8 oz. Grande Ricotta 
Kosher salt, to taste
 Coarse ground black pepper, to taste

1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat
hot. Add the flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
 Add
thick cream; Stir constantly until the butter-flour
The mixture is built-in and soft. Add Largely
Parmesan, Large Roman, Garlic And Large
Ricotta; Stir until melted.

2. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook 7 to 10.
minutes Stir constantly. Add salt and pepper to
taste. Allow cooling before use, allowing the sauce
thickens.

3. Keep refrigerated or freeze. To reheat,
Heat the Alfredo sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
Heat, stirring constantly to avoid separation.
