Fried rice with ham
2 cups of cooked rice 1 pre-cooked ham cut, chopped
1 green onion, chopped 1 tablespoon margarine
2 eggs + 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tsp.
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt Pinch of pepper
½ cup of frozen peas 2 tablespoon of oil
¼ teaspoon of salt
Melt margarine in skillet over medium heat. Beat the egg, pepper, and salt with a fork into a container until well blended. Place the peas in a colander and run cool water until they are thawed. Allow draining. Pour the egg mixture in skillet. Scramble 2-3 minutes until cooked. Put them on a plate to cool. In the skillet, heat oil. Fry the chopped onion in the pan until they are clear. Add rice, peas, ham, garlic, salt, and scrambled eggs. Cook and stir until the rice is hot. Add the soy sauce and garlic salt if necessary. Mix well. Enjoy.
Pasta Pepperoni
1 1/4 cups of dry pasta 1/3 cup evaporated milk or cream
3 oz, slices of pepperoni 4 ounces of cherry tomatoes cut in half
½ small red onion, sliced 1 teaspoon of garlic chives
2 tablespoons of green pesto
Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water lightly salted, following the instructions on the package. In the meantime, fry lightly the slices of pepperoni and onion together in the pan until onion is soft. The oil of the chili means that there is no need for additional oil. Mix the pesto sauce and cream together. Add this mixture to the pan and stir until sauce is smooth. Add the cherry tomatoes and chives. Stir again. Drain the pasta and put it back into the pan. Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix well, ensuring that all the pasta is evenly coated. Serve immediately. Serves 4 side portions.

Fried rice with ham
1/2 c Diced Ham
1/4 c chopped
½ c of frozen peas
¼ c of soybean sprouts
1 tablespoon of oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instant rice 1 ½ c
1 ½ c water
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon of salt
Bring water, butter, and salt to a boil. Add the rice and cover. Remove from the heat. Reserved for 5 minutes.
Sauté the ham and vegetables with the oil in a frying pan until the ham is brown and vegetables are soft.
Stir in the beaten egg to smear the ham and veggie.
Add the rice and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until hot enough.
Variations: any vegetable or meat (Turkey, shrimp) as you want. You can use the leftovers.
Chicken and Rice
In separate pots cooking
1. Two chicken breasts by frying then discharged from ½ inch squares.
2. ¾ c cook rice with 1/1/2 c chicken broth with lid during 20 minutes (until tender)
3. Sauté chopped onion in 2 ½ t margarine (might be in the same casserole chicken)
Meanwhile, mix
1 can of cream of chicken soup1 green chili
Salt and pepper and garlic salt to taste.
Add the chicken, rice, and onions
Sprinkle over the top
Grated Cheddar cheese
Bake in 350 ovens long enough to melt the cheese
Serve with hot rolls
Fried rice with ham
1 T vegetable oil
1 stalk of celery, sliced
1 t garlic powder
½ c Cubed ham
2 c rice
½ c assortment of vegetables
2 eggs
1 green onion
¼ c soy sauce
1 t of sugar
1. In a large pot, put 2 cups of water to boil. Cut the celery.
2. Add the rice and cover with a lid. Turn off the heat and move it to a cool burner. Let stand for 5 minutes. Do not remove the cover.
3. In a large wok, sauté sliced celery in oil over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
4. In the meantime, spray a small skillet with cooking spray and the scrambled eggs.
5. Celery, add the ham and garlic powder and cook for 2 more minutes.
6. Cut the green onion. Add the onion, rice, vegetables, and eggs of the wok. Stir well
7. Sprinkle the soy sauce over the top and stir. Sprinkle sugar over the top and stir.
8. Remove from the heat and enjoy!

Fried rice with ham
1 C 1 slice of rice, diced ham and precooked.2 C water 1 T margarine or butter

Place water in a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil. When boiling, add the rice and reduce heat to medium-low heat. Set a timer for 15 min. Do not remove the cap - this allows the entry of moisture and the rice will be crunchy instead of soft and spongy. Fluff with a fork.
When the rice in ½ fact, Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Scramble egg in butter 2-3 minutes or until it is cooked. Place the egg in a small plate or bowl cover with another small plate or a container to keep warm.
Add oil to skillet. Saute the onions and ham 2-3 min. sprinkle with garlic powder. Add peas, rice, and scrambled eggs. Cook and stir until the rice is hot about 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce and mix well.
Fried Rice

1. In a saucepan, boil the water.
2. Add rice, stir and cover with a lid.

4. In a large skillet, fry some eggs, remove from skillet and set it aside

6. Heat oil in a skillet, add onion and ham. Cook until tender.
7. Add the rice, soy sauce, peas, and eggs.

Fried rice with Chinese Vegetables
Rice c 1/32/3 C water
½ teaspoon of salt, divided
½ onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg whites
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 c chopped vegetables
Day 1
1. Pick up the rice and ½ onion2. Bring rice, water, and salt to boil ¼ Tsp.
3. Remove once and reduce the heat.
4. Cover and simmer for 14 minutes.
5. While rice is cooking, chop the onion.
6. Put in a bag labeled with your class and kitchen.
7. Remove rice from the fire. Rice, lint-free cloth slightly with a fork.
8. Cover and let steam for 5-10 minutes.
9. Put the rice in a bag labeled with your class and kitchen.
Day 2
1. Collect the oil, egg, soy sauce, and frozen vegetables.2. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
3. Add onions and cook and stir the onion in oil for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the cold rice in 4 minutes.
5. Beat the egg, soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and add to the pan.
6. Stirring constantly, add the chopped vegetables.
7. Stir until the vegetables are tender and slightly warm.

Fried rice with ham
Ingredients:
1 cup of instant rice
1 cup of water
½ teaspoon of dry chicken bullion
1/2 cup water
2 slices of ham
1 stalk of green onion
1 carrot
1 stalk of celery
1 tablespoon margarine
1 egg whites
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup of peas
Directions:
In a saucepan put 1 cup water to boil. Remove the pan from the oven and add 1 cup of instant rice. Place the lid on the saucepan and let stand for 5 minutes. Put 1/2 cup of water in the cup and put in the microwave for 1 minute. Add the dry chicken bullion and stir. Let sit for 2 minutes. Cut the ham, green onion, carrot, celery into bite-size pieces. Heat skillet to 350 degrees. Add the margarine to electric skillet, melt and leave spread on the bottom of the pan. Crack egg in a small bowl and beat. Add the egg to the electric skillet and cook. Sautéed as egg cooks. When the egg is cooked, add the chicken bullion, Rice, ham, green onion, carrot, celery, soy sauce and peas to the electric skillet. We cook for 3-5 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated. Serve.Pasta Salad Dessert (Eye of Toad salad)

Turn burner to low heat and add 3/4 cup sour cream. Stir until the mixture of good. Put the lid on the pan and keep to simmer until ready to serve.

Cook hamburgers of average temperature in a frying pan until the pink color is gone. Cover until ready to serve.___________
Large deposits/chicken
Put 3 cups of water to boil rapidly in a pan of 1 quart. Add a teaspoon of salt. Slowly add ½ package ___ to boiling water. Boil 9-11 minutes. Drain and rinse immediately with warm water. Put a ½ tablespoon of butter in a pan and return to the stove. Allow the butter melts. When butter is melted, pour cooked ____ into the pan and mix the buttered pasta. Cover and leave to simmer.
Wash ½ pack of chicken. Place the chicken into a dish, Microwave, Safety deposit box, and vent cover. Cook the chicken in the microwave for 5 minutes in power 5. Cut the chicken in the cut-off plate and cut int or bite-sized pieces. In a saucepan put 1 tablespoon of oil. Heat a skillet over medium heat in the oven for 5 minutes. Add chicken and cut up to stir-cook for 5-10 minutes or until you have completely disappeared pink. Turn the recorder on low until ready to serve.
