Cream Cheese Recipe
The ingredients
4 pk (8 oz. Ea) of cream cheese2 eggs of med.
1 cup of sugar, minus 2 tablespoons.
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of almond extract

2 cup graham crumbs1 cane of butter, melted.
2 tablespoons of sugar (from the top cup)

1. For the crust: Mix the 2 T sugar with the crumbs. Add the melted butter. Place in a
9 "spring-loaded frying pan (The mixture will rise at least 1" from the sides.) Cool
This crust in the freezer while you make the filling.
2. Filling: Preheat the oven to 450. Beat the cream cheese with sugar, eggs,
vanilla, and cornstarch (A food processor works very well for this). Mixture
Until very soft. Add the sour cream and the almond extract.
3. Pour into the cold crust.
4. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 200ÂșC and bake for 45 more minutes.
Now turn off the oven completely and leave the cheesecake with the door
Slightly ajar for 2 or 3 hours more.
