Recipes for Phase 2
GROUND BEEF RECIPES
Wraps chicken taco
Field of 100 grams of chicken breast1/4 cup chicken broth
About 1/4 cup chopped onion
1-2 cloves of crushed garlic and chopped
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of cumin.
A handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
Cayenne pepper to taste
Salt and pepper.
2-4 large lettuce leaves
In a small saucepan (without fat, dry), fry the onion and garlic. Brown will be the bottom of the pan a little, just keep the agitation. Then add chicken broth-this deglaze the pan and add the flavor. Add the raw chicken and brown as well. Add spices. Use the lettuce leaves for wrapping.
This counts as a meat and Veggie; add 1/4 more salad to complete your Veggie.
Chili
100 grams of meat of lean beef, ground beef, buffalo or chicken (Cook with1-2 T malt vinegar to taste good)1 teaspoon of tomato paste without sugar
Handful ripe tomatoes (2 large Roma tomatoes)
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
Cayenne pepper to taste
1/8 teaspoon of cumin.
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon of fat cocoa powder (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Broth or water to get the desired consistency.
Sear the meat with onion and garlic. Drain the fat from meat. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and the rest of the condiments. Cook onion until the desired sensitivity. Start with one crushed grissini breadstick or melba toast.
Chinese/Celery Chicken stir-fry
100 grams of chicken, finely chopped4 large stalks of celery, finely chopped
Onion finely chopped 2 T
2 crushed cloves of garlic
1/4 cup water or broth
1 T Bragg's Amino Liquid aroma
1/8 teaspoon coriander
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Salt to taste.
Stevia to taste (optional)
Put all but the chicken in large skillet and lid to cook the celery. When the celery is partially cooked, add the chicken breast cooked above (Add the chicken in the first step if the raw). Cook long enough to allow the chicken to soak up condiments.
Serve hot or cold. (Experiment with finely chopped shrimp!)
Meat and Cabbage Curry
100 grams of lean ground beef1/4 to 1/3 head of cabbage (depending on size), shredded
1/16 teaspoon coriander
1/8 teaspoon of curry
1/16 tsp ground ginger
The Stevia and other seasonings to taste (as Bragg's Amino Liquid flavoring)
Cook the meat in a frying pan with a small amount of malt vinegar (or water), garlic, salt and pepper. When the meat is browned, add the cabbage and the rest of the condiments.
Add 1/8 C water and cover the pan. Simmer until cabbage is tender and flavors are merged.
Spinach/Meat and Eggs Scramble
50 grams of raw materials (beef, meat, chicken, shrimp)A handful of fresh spinach (or 1/3 package of frozen spinach)
2 eggs
Cooking the meat in a frying pan and season with spices of your choice. Remove the meat from the container and place the spinach in the same skillet for cooking. Remove excess moisture from the bread (paper towels pressed into bread can collect extra fluid). Add the meat back in the pan with the spinach. Blender 1 whole egg and 1 egg whites in a bowl and add to the pan. Cooking the mixture.
Serve hot or cold! The hot sauce is great on this!
Strawberry Crepe Omelet
4 eggsStevia flavored with vanilla
1 portion of strawberries (chop until well, but not the secretion!)
Mix the egg whites stiff peak, add 1 egg yolk, and Stevia flavored with vanilla; mix back into the stiff peak. The soft an egg in a dry nonstick sauté pan; Sprinkle strawberries evenly over the surface. Cover with a dome lid and cook over medium heat. Crepe will increase under the lid and then collapse after a few minutes. When the crepe has fallen, remove from heat, but leave covered to create condensation, this will help loosen the omelet from the pan. Use a spatula to gently roll the crepe in a great burrito.
Serve hot or cold.
BBQ Sauce
3 ounces of tomato paste1/4 C apple cider vinegar
Lemon Juice 3 T
1 T hot sauce
1 chopped onion T
3 crushed cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Liquid smoke to taste (optional)
Cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste
Stevia Stevia, or chocolate to taste
Water, in order to achieve the desired consistency.
Bring to the boil and boil slowly for 5 minutes.
(This is good for cooking, baking -or- Add 1 T to Citrus dressing for a tomato dressing).
Citrus Vinaigrette
1/4 C apple cider vinegar1 C Water
Lemon Juice 1 T
15 drops of Stevia
10 drops of nectar of apricot or Valencia orange Stevia
1/4 teaspoon Chinese five spice, or Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste for a tomato/citrus dressing.
The ketchup (without sugar)
3 ounces of tomato paste3 T the apple cider vinegar
Lemon Juice 1 T
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Pinch of nutmeg and cloves
Pinch of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Stevia, to taste
Dissolve the spices in vinegar and lemon juice. Add the tomato paste and mix well. Add the lemon juice, vinegar, or a bit of water until desired consistency is reached.
Old Bay Seasoning Mix
1 T laurel leaves, earth2 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom
This condiment is like a great rub on meat or as a seasoning for soups or other dishes.
Orange Ginger Dressing
1/2 -1 C white wine vinegar or champagne2 t minced or grated ginger
Garlic 1 T
An orange juice
Put everything in a jug of Mason; let stand at least 8 hours before use so the flavors melt. Optional: Cut 2 thin slices of orange, cut in half, and add to the jug; juice the rest.
White strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
The strawberry puree large 2-31/2 C white balsamic vinegar (or any other white vinegar-like white wine or champagne)
1/2 T chopped garlic
1 package of Stevia
Mix all the ingredients together; shake vigorously.
(Delicious on something, especially the spinach and cucumbers).
