Pizza Casserole


1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
½ teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2-14 ounces of jars of pizza sauce
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
4 ounces of slices of pepperoni
1 package of 10 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown the minced meat with onion, salt, and pepper. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Mix the ground beef, macaroni, and pizza sauce. 1 cup of milk
2 eggs

30 ounces spaghetti sauce jar

Beat the eggs and milk together, stir the spaghetti cooked. Spread spaghetti mixture into greased 11 x 8-inch pan. Top with sauce. Arrange the pepperoni in rows above the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into squares with a sharp knife or pizza cutter.


Lasagna


1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1 bowl ricotta cheese
4 eggs
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Box 1 lasagna noodles

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, eggs and 1 cup of mozzarella. Heat a spaghetti sauce.

Cover the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with a thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Cover with a layer of lasagna noodles. Cover the noodles with cheese layer and the beaten egg. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on it, and then cover with a layer of spaghetti sauce. Continue the process of layers ending with mozzarella cheese. Tape the casserole with the layer of plastic and aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove the plastic wrap and aluminum last fifteen minutes.

MANICOTTI stuffed with cheese

1 Safety manicotti shells
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 bowl ricotta cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs
1-15 ounce jar Prepared spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain. In the meantime, Combine 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and eggs. Pour 2/3 cup of salsa in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking pan. Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture; arrange in the baking pan. Pour remaining sauce over the top of noodles; sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered until bubbly (about 35 minutes).



KOOGLE


Package of 16 ounces of medium wide noodles
4-5 eggs
½ cup raisins
3 apples in thin slices
1-16 ounce can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 to 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg or two
½ cup of sugar
¼ cup of vegetable oil
½ teaspoon of salt

Cook and drain the noodles. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the noodles. Mix well with a fork. Add the noodles, combining until the noodles are well coated with mixture. Pour the mixture into 13 x 9-inch baking pan (Cover the dish with nonstick cooking spray). Bake in a 325 degree oven for about 45-60 minutes. Test piece completely to make sure that the top of noodles are not over-gold. If you are getting dark, place a sheet of aluminum foil over the top.

Noodle Kugel

8 ounce wide noodles
4 oz butter
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup of cottage cheese
½ cup of sugar
1/2 cup milk
½ cup raisins golden brown
½ pound dried apricots, chopped)

Topping:

1 cup of breadcrumbs corn flakes
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter

Cook the noodles until tender, according to package directions. Drain and add the butter. Set aside. Beat together eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, and milk. Add raisins and apricots. Add the mixture to the noodles. Pour into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking pan. Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle Kugel. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for one hour.
