Easy Chicken Breasts Recipes

Chicken Breasts
3 cups Bisquick
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoons of salt seasoning
2 teaspoons paprika
1 cup of flour
The milk
Butter
Mix the dry ingredients together, mixing well.

Rub crushed garlic and pepper


Remove breast from the packaging and place it in covered Baker. Spray all sides with crushed pepper and garlic rub. Microwave Cooking with a lid for 40 minutes. Check the internal temperature - thickest part of the roast must be of 165°. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes, the temperature will increase to 170°.


WHITE CHICKEN CHILI



3 whole heads of garlic (approximately 48 teeth), unpeeled
3/4 teaspoon of salt, divided
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 chile poblano,
1 medium onion
1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
2 tablespoons of the seasoning mix Southwest
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) northern beans, drained
1 jar (16 oz) of green sauce


Using Santoku Knife, cut approximately 1/4 in. from the top of garlic, heads to expose the nails. Place the chopped garlic upwards in the classic batter bowl. Sprinkle with garlic 1/4 teaspoon salt and spray with 2 tablespoons of oil. Cover bowl with lid Batter; microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes or until garlic is soft. Let it cool down.

Meanwhile, chop the peppers using Santoku Knife. Chop the onion using food chopper. Combine the onions and peppers in deep covered Baker. Trim and chop boneless chicken with a knife. Add the chicken, seasoning mix, 1 tablespoon of remaining oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt remaining at the Baker; mix well using Master Scraper. Microwave, cutlery, IN HIGH 4 minutes; stir to separate the chicken. Lid; another oven 4-6 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

In the meantime, squeeze gently cools the garlic heads to the bowl of batter (discard the skins); mash with Mix 'N Masher. Add beans and salsa to the batter bowl. Transfer to Baker bean mixture; mix well. Microwave, cutlery, at high 5-7 minutes or until heated through Chile.

Cook's Tip: Taco Seasoning mix can be replaced by the Southwest of seasoning mix, if desired. Omit the salt. Serve this chili optional with food toppings such as grated cheese, sour cream, lemon slices, diced avocado, and cilantro. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts can be substituted for the chicken thighs if desired.



JUICIEST ROAST CHICKEN (with variations) 

Normal 1 tablespoon of flour 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/2 teaspoon paprika 
1/2 teaspoon of salt 
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper coarsely 
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme 
1 whole chicken (3 1/2 to 4 1/2 pounds) 
1 tablespoon olive oil 


1.            Preheat the oven to 450ºF. Lightly spray with oil Baker and covered with deep kitchen Spritzer. Remove and discard the neck and chicken giblets from the cavity. Rinse the chicken with cold water and dry with paper towels. Trim the excess fat using kitchen scissors, if necessary. Tie the ends of the legs together with cotton thread. Lift the tips of the wings upwards toward the neck, then tuck under back of chicken.

2.            Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper and thyme in Prep bowl; mix well. Out of Brush chicken with oil using the Chef's silicone basting brush; cover completely with the seasoning mix. 

3.            Place the chicken, chicken breast-side up, in the county of Baker. Roast, uncovered, 50-60 minutes or until the pocket thermometer registers 180º F in the thickest part of the thigh and juices run clear. Remove from the oven chicken; let stand 10 minutes before carving.

For the following variations, replace step 2 of more succulent recipes roast chicken.


Hawaiian Chicken

With a brush, brush on a thick layer of apricot jam. Pour a can of pineapple on the chicken with some maraschino cherries. 

Honey Mustard Chicken

Pour dressing fat-free honey mustard over chicken.

Roast Chicken Italiano

Season with salt and pepper. Rub the inside with a clove of crushed garlic. 1 large tomato slice in half horizontally and squeeze it to remove the seeds and juice. Chop the tomato and organize around the chicken. Sprinkle with press 5 cloves of garlic, 2 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon thyme, ½ teaspoon of sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour 15 oz can tomato sauce on top.

Lemon Garlic Chicken

Place a lemon integer and a bulb of garlic (unpeeled) in the cavity of the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
