For the Frosting:


1/2 cup of very dark chocolate (73% cocoa)
1/4 cup of bitter chocolate
2 tablespoons of coconut oil.

Add to the dry ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Add to the wet ingredients:
1/4 tsp maple extract

Apple Fritters Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
1 Small, organic apple, finely chopped
1 tablespoon maple syrup, grade B
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons of raisins golden brown

1. In a small skillet, heat coconut oil in the middle. Add the finely chopped apple and cook, stirring often until very soft, about 5 minutes. Add the syrup, cinnamon, pecans, and raisins. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
