Crab cakes


Ingredients
* 2 cups of backfin crab meat (about 3⁄4 lb.), chosen through
* 1⁄2 cup of fresh bread crumbs
* 1⁄2 cup of Herr's® Old Bay fries
* 2 large eggs
* 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
* A pinch of hot sauce
* 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
* 2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
* 2 tablespoons of grated onion
* 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
* 3⁄4 cup of Herr's® Medium Salsa

Directions
In a bowl mix the crab meat, bread crumbs and chips. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and cream. Add the cream mixture, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, onion, salt and pepper to taste the mixture of crab meat and combine. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoons of clarified butter and fall into the mixture of crab meat, by tablespoons. Cook crab cakes until they are browned, about 2 minutes on each side. Serve hot crab cakes with 1 tablespoon of each one of Herr's® dipping sauce. Make 24 small crab cakes.

Meat Loaf



Ingredients
* 1 cup of fresh bread crumbs
* 1 cup of mashed Herr's® pretzel thins
* 1 chopped onion
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 eggs, slightly beaten
* 1 pound of ground beef
* 2/3 pound of ground beef
* 1/3 pound of ground pork
* 2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
* 11⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
* 1⁄2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper.
* 1⁄4 cup of milk
* 1⁄2 cup of sweet sauce of Herr

Directions
Preheat the oven to 325xF. Butter the bread pan. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; pat in the loaf of bread and bake for 30 minutes. Pour 1⁄2 cup of smooth sauce on top; bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

Microwave fried chicken

Made with Herr's Sour Cream & Onion crisps

3 lbs./skinless boneless chicken breasts.
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups crushed Herr's Sour Cream & Onion crisps 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
Pinch of pepper  


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Dip the chicken in melted butter and then turn in a mixture of chips of crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken (do not touch) in large greased baking sheet and superficial. Sprinkle with the rest of the butter and mix of chip. Bake for 1 hour or until done. Do not turn. Cover with aluminum foil during the first half an hour.



Casserole of El Dorado


13 oz. Herr's White Corn Tortillas
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cans (8 ounces each) of tomato sauce 1 pint of sour cream
1 pint of cottage cheese
8 ounces of chopped peppers
1 package (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon of oil

Brown, cook for 10 minutes. Mix sour cream,
Cottage cheese and chili peppers. A pan greased line
(9 x 13 inches) with Herr crushed Tortilla Chips of white maize.
Add in layers of half of the meat mixture, half of the Cream
Mixture, and half of the Monterey Jack cheese. Repeat layers.
Bake at 350 degrees the ground beef, onion and garlic powder in oil. Add
Tomato sauce and during 30 - 40 minutes. Serves 5 - 6.

Fried Chicken Salad Cajun.

1/3 cup of vinegar of jerez
2 tablespoons. Creole Mustard
1 cup of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, cracked
1/2 cup of flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup milk 8 oz. Herr's Red Hot Potato Chips, crushed
4 chicken breasts, peeled, boning and cutting
4 cups of peanut oil
Spring Mix 10 oz.
2 ripe tomatoes, promoted, and quartered.
1/2 cucumber, peeled and sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 boiled eggs and quartered
 


For the dressing, mixture of vinegar and mustard. Beat in the olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and cheese. Book.

For chicken, mix the salt, pepper and flour. Mix the egg and milk. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, mixing egg and chips.
Pan fry the chicken in peanut oil. Drain and Reserve. Stir the chicken with 1/2 cup of dressing. Stir the mixture of spring, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions with 1 cup of salad dressing. Chicken salad and place the plate in the top.
Garnish with eggs. Serves 4.


Taco Salad of Bjostad OJanet

1 lb. Ground beef
1 can kidney beans
1 jar of Salsa Dip Herr
2 tablespoons. Chili powder

Herr of the 1 Can nacho cheese dip
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
10 oz. Herr's White Corn Tortillas


Brown the meat in the skillet and drain the fat. Add the beans, dipping sauce, chili powder and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. The cover plate with tortilla chips of white maize. Place the shredded lettuce at the top of the chips and spread with the meat mixture. Top with cheese dip served 4.

Turkey Sandwich crunchy.


2 pieces of white bread
3 slices of Turkey Miracle whip
Herr's Sour Cream & Onion crisps
 
Liberally spread Miracle whip in bread, Place sliced turkey on a slice of bread, and then place the tabs at the top of the turkey. Top chips with another slice of bread and "smush "! Now you have "a turkey sandwich crispy."

Casserole Chicken Salad

4 cups of cooked chicken, cut into pieces
4 cups of celery, diced
2 cups of onion, chopped fine
1 cup of chopped, roasted almonds (blanked)
2 cups of mayonnaise
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of accent. Topping:
1 cup of American cheese, shredded
2 cups of Herr's Potato Chips, crushed


Combine ingredients. Put in a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Top with cheese and fries
Bake at 425 degrees 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serves 10.

Herr's Potato Chip Quiche Lorraine

1 1/2 cups finely mashed Herr's regular Potato Chips
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 cup of half and half
1 cup of whipped cream
3 eggs, beaten 1/4 pound of crispy bacon, cooked and shredded
2 tablespoons of green onion into slices
1/4 teaspoon salt
Each pinch of pepper and nutmeg
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese.


Combine Herr's Potato Chips and paprika. Gently press down and 1 1/2 inches 8 inches sides of spring in a panoramic view. In a frying pan heat the half and half and cream and Beat in eggs to beat. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the crust. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until the crust is set and golden brown. Serves 6.

Tex-Mex fried pastries

Bark
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup butter
5 to 6 tablespoons of water
Filling
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion 1/3 cup finely chopped red pepper
1/3 cup finely chopped green pepper 1/4 cup of hot sauce
1/2 cup finely mashed Herr's Potato Chips
1 package (1 1/4 ounces) taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 clove of garlic chopped)
1 beaten egg with 1 tablespoon of water
Oil for frying


To make the crust, place the flour, salt, and cheese in a food processor. Add the butter and processed for 15 seconds. Spray the water through the food chute in the food processor, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms. Form into a ball
And divide in half. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll up and cut into 4 to 5-inch circles, around a dozen.

To make the stuffing, place the meat in a large frying pan and sauté until almost cooked. Add the onion and green pepper and red. Continue cooking until the meat is finished and the onion is transparent. Add the sauce, Herr's potato chips, taco seasoning mix, cheese, and garlic. Cook until warm. Allow cooling the mixture

A little before filling the cakes. Put a little bit of filling onto the center of each circle of pastry. Brushing the edges of the dough with the mixture of water and egg. Fold the dough over filling, seal and crimp with the tines of a fork. Heat 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet and fry the pasta until lightly browned, about 2 minutes on each side. Serve hot. Makes 12 Empanadas.

Herr's Crispy-Topped ravioli Casserole

1 can (40 oz.) Meat Ravioli
6 slices of bacon crispy brown
4 slices of American cheese 3/4 cup of corn chips of Herr crumbled

Place half the beef ravioli casserole in shallow water. Crumble the bacon and sprinkle ravioli. Cut the cheese into small squares. Arrange half in casserole dish. Layer with remaining ravioli and cheese. Beginning with Herr of corn chips. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 5 - 6.

Mary 's Deluxe Szczpanik FAJITA Nachos


2 1/2 cups of shredded cooked chicken
1 pkg. Lawry's spice and seasoning for fajitas (1.27 oz).
1/3 cup of water
13 oz. Herr's White Corn Tortillas
5 oz. Grated Cheddar cheese 4 oz. Monterey Jack shredded cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
1 slice of ripe olives, chopped, draining
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 jar Herr's Salsa


In a medium saucepan, mix the chicken, spices and seasoning for fajitas, and water. Mix well. After bringing to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Organize tabs in a large flat source, a dish in the oven. Top with chicken mixture and cheese.

 Place

In broiler to melt the cheese. Top with tomato, olives, green onions and salsa. (If you want, garnish with guacamole and sour cream. For a spicier, add jalapeno peppers in slices).
Serves snacks 4 or 2 entries.

Ketchup-Chip Cheese Sandwich


2 slices of white bread, smeared with butter
3-4 slices of cheese cheddar or American cheese
Approximately 12 Herr's Ketchup french fries
Pinch of black pepper


This is a big turn ordinary in a grilled cheese sandwich. Alternating thin layers of cheese and Herr's Ketchup chips. Bbq sandwich and enjoy!



Bodacious bbq burgers chips




· 1 pound of ground beef
· 4-ounce can of evaporated milk
· 1 sachets of dried onion dip mix
· 3/4 cup finely mashed Herr's BBQ potato chips (or your favorite flavor of Herr's Chips)


In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and evaporated milk. Add the onion soup mix and crushed potato chips and stir. Mold in approximately 6 empanadas and grill or broil.


Hot Chicken Salad

2 cups of cooked chicken and chopped
2 cups of celery, diced
1/2 cup of peeled almonds, chopped, toasted
1/2 teaspoon. Sal
1/2 teaspoon. Accent 2 teaspoons. Grated Onion,
2 tablespoons. Lemon juice
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded American cheese
1 cup of regular Herr's Potato Chips


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients except sprinkle with cheese. Top with chips. Bake for 15 minutes or until warm. Serves 5 to 6.

Anna Marie Czyzewicz-Farinelli's Salsa Chicken Tortilla


1 tablespoon. Vegetable Oil
1 lb. Boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 jar Herr's Chunky Salsa
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
16 oz. The corn in whole grain, exhausted 4 oz. Chopped green chiles
1 1/2 teaspoon. Chili powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
13 oz. Herr's White Corn Tortillas
Grated Cheddar cheese


Heat the oil in a large skillet, over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the sauce, tomato sauce, corn, chilies, chili powder and onion powder. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. To serve, pour over tortilla chips and finally the cheese. Serves 4.

Peter's Cajun Shrimp grilled with crunchy crust tortilla

1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons of a mixture of cajun spices (store-bought)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, queues, left intact
1 package of wooden skewers
2 cups of Herr's White pieces of corn tortilla, grinds


Combine first seven ingredients in a bowl and stir to blend. Add the shrimp and mix gently to cover. Allow shrimp to marinate for one hour in the refrigerator. Soak wooden skewers in water during 30 minutes. Preheat the grill. Using 2 thread shrimp skewers. (This will prevent the shrimp from turning while on the grill). Grill until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 5 minutes. While shrimp is cooking, in a great small frying pan put the remaining marinade to a boil. Remove the shrimps off the grill, and removed from skewers if you want. Dip the Shrimp marinated in vinegar and then roll of shrimp in tortilla chips spreads. Transfer to the dish and serve immediately.
Serves 4.

Vicki's Salsa Meatloaf Chip

· 2 lbs ground beef
· 2 eggs
· 1 large bag of Herr's Chips (any flavor, corn chips work very well too).
· 1 large jar of Herr's salsa
· 1 pound of grated cheddar cheese


Crush the bag of chips into small pieces. Mix potatoes, salsa, cheese, and eggs together with ground beef. Bake at 350* by approx 1 hour. Beginning with the icing of ketchup and brown sugar if desired.
