2 eggs
¼ cup milk
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp vanilla
4 slices of bread
2 tsp. margarine or cooking
spray
Syrup
Directions:

Crack eggs into a
bowl.
2.
Add milk, cinnamon,
and vanilla to eggs.
3.
Beat mixture
together.
4.
Melt 2 tsp of
margarine in a pan or spray with cooking spray.
5.
Dip both sides of
bread in the egg mixture.

Place in a
griddle pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.
