Green Smoothie Recipes

Green Smoothie # 1:
Papaya, 1 / 3-1 / 2 cupCoconut without sugar or unsweetened yogurt, ½ cup
Banana frozen, 1/2
Squeezed out of lime (about 1 teaspoon)
A little coconut water or alternative milk or water.
A handful of vegetables (spinach is usually the softest for children)
Sometimes blueberries and/or frozen mangoes can be added. Add stevia sweetener, if desired.
Green Smoothie # 2:
Walnut butter, approximately 1 tbspCocoa powder, approximately 1 tablespoon
Honey, 1 tablespoon
Banana frozen, 1/2
Hemp seeds, 1 tablespoon
A handful of vegetables, about ½-1 cup
Non-dairy milk of choice (organic soy, almond, coconut, hemp, hazelnut or rice milk).
You can sneak in a pinch of spirulina or another superfood if you want. Add stevia sweetener, if desired.

Cabbage and banana smoothie
Ingredients:
2 bananas2 tablespoons of peeled hemp seeds
1 bag of frozen blueberries
2.5 cups of pure water
1 teaspoon superfood of choice (optional)
5 leaves of kale (if you do not like kale, use spinach, Swiss chard or other vegetables)
Addresses:
Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Add enough water to cover all the ingredients.
Mix well. You may want to add a little more water if you like your smoothie diluent.
This is an excellent way to add vegetables to your diet. You will not even notice it. My 6-year-old daughter, my 1-year-old son and his friends love it. My non-raw husband loves him. I can give my daughter 3 of these drinks a day. I feel great giving my children real foods with minerals, vitamins, healthy omega three fats, fiber, proteins, enzymes, which are moisturizing and easy to digest!
Arugula Lettuce And Pear
Ingredients:
1 banana2-3 pears
2 tablespoons of peeled hemp seeds
1 bag of frozen raspberries
2.5 cups of pure water
1 teaspoon superfood of choice
Small bunch of arugula lettuce leaves
Stevia liquids to taste.
Addresses:
Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender.Add enough water to cover all the ingredients. Mix well. Enjoy!
Arugula lettuce and pear are an excellent combination. Very delicious and nutritious milk shake. You can also try this combo in a salad.
Make your own green smoothie recipe
The best green smoothie recipe is the one you make yourself. It is very easy and the options are endless. Just have a serving of approximately 50% fruit and 50% vegetables (or try some wild vegetables like nettles) and your smoothie will always be delicious. If it is not sweet enough, add a little liquid. You're just going to try the vegetables.Ingredients:
1 bunch of green leafy vegetables of choice (50% of the total)Fruit of choice (50% of the total).
1-2 bananas or 1 avocado to emulsify (make creamy)
ginger, lemon, parsley or, stevia to taste
Addresses:
Put all the ingredients in your blender.Add clean water and/or alternative milk or coconut water to cover all the ingredients.
Mixture.
Drink immediately.
